Good service, even though a few employees were not very friendly. I was here for 5 nights and ate at lounge restaurant with food served from the Brasserie restaurant.

The breakfast was average, unfortunately.

Brand-new hotel with modern design. The rooms with a breath-taking view. A special thanks to the employees during check-out. Central location, just a short walk away from Cho Quan Church. Not far from the major sights, and the readily available and cheap taxis.

Extraordinary breakfasts with brioche French toast and love for detail, for example. Peaceful and incredible position on everything including a cork screw, in the shopping area.

Perfect base for 3 nights with extremely great staff from front office to room service and spa. Professionalism of the staff. Relaxing room with great views, large separate shower, club lounge access, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Overall it was a wonderful stay of one night. The location was particularly good and ideal, not very far from View. Also was next to cafés and bars.

Its location not very far from View was exceptionally nice. And the area was relaxing, very close to an illegitimate taxi and the restaurant or sightseeing and the seaside.

All in all it's beautiful and quiet hotel, we had a quite comfortable stay here. The staff was accommodating and superfriendly, offered amazing services. The accommodation had a central location close to the centre.

We had a great stay at Nikko Saigon! The location was convenient with a short taxi ride to the city sights, and the hotel provided a peaceful haven amidst the chaos. The upper rooms offered stunning views of the city, especially at night. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast buffet, with its unique Japanese influence, was a delightful experience. we highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Location too far away from centre of District 1

The hotel is very new and most of the hotel and rooms were still brand new and very comfortable.
